West Bay & Governor's Harbour

West Bay is situated north of the infamous Seven Mile Beach stretch and largely made up of residential areas that are favoured by both Caymanians and expats alike. Only a short drive away from the activities and restaurants on Seven Mile Beach, and boasting its own public beach area, West Bay is a popular spot for families. Considerable tourist attractions including Hell, Cayman Turtle Farm, Cayman Motor Museum and Dolphin Adventure can also be found in West Bay. Governors Harbour is a family-friendly neighbourhood situated just outside of West Bay and in close proximity to Seven Mile Beach and the increasingly popular 'village' of Camana Bay. There is a small selection of luxury waterfront homes and some condominiums with a large expat community base.

Seven Mile Beach

Continually voted in the top 10 beaches in the World and recently considered "The Caribbean's Best Beach", Seven Mile Beach is the most popular and well-known area in Grand Cayman, with easy access to various amenities, restaurants, and retail shops. Home to luxury resorts, condominiums, and hotels, Seven Mile Beach is the heart of Cayman's tourism scene. This is an ideal area for beachfront condominiums, holiday homes and investment opportunities for residents that enjoy easy access to the ocean and miles of white sandy beach. With a host of restaurants, shops, nightclubs and watersports' activities to enjoy, Seven Mile Beach offers Caribbean luxury living at its very best in one of the safest countries in the world.

Savannah & Bodden Town

Savannah has become an increasingly popular area for families in recent years, especially after the completion of Countryside Shopping Center. Only a 20-minute drive from George Town and close to schools and shopping, this a great area with an extremely versatile property selection and a lot of land available. A short drive out of Savannah you will come upon the sleepy seaside village of Bodden Town, known for its history as the Island's first capital. Far removed from the bustle of the West, Bodden Town has several guest houses available for holidaymakers, pirate caves and a world-class restaurant with water deck dining, this quiet neighborhood is largely populated with a Caymanian community and offers its own unique charm.

Red Bay & Prospect

Just a short commute from the city centre, the Red Bay and Prospect areas are largely residential with a huge selection of homes to choose from with both high and low-density areas, various luxury canal front homes as well as affordable family homes. Red Bay features the Grand Harbour shopping center including a supermarket, as well as its own primary school and large sports center, making it popular with expat and Caymanian families.

George Town & South Sound

George Town is the capital city of Cayman and at the heart of the financial services industry. Home to the Island's port, the George Town waterfront is filled with bustling tourists visiting the duty-free shops via cruise ship. George Town's residential areas are largely populated by Caymanian families, however, the neighbouring tranquil South Sound community consists of a largely expat family community and is highly sought after due to the convenience of its close proximity to town, schools and quietude.

North Side & Rum Point

North Side & Rum Point offer home buyers a rare opportunity to purchase a tranquil piece of paradise with breath-taking homes boasting their own private beaches and majestic ocean views. Real estate in these areas is idyllic for holiday homes and those looking to retire in a secluded, private and peaceful neighbourhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre.

East End & Frank Sound

The East End and Frank Sound areas offer a combination of farming and residential areas. With a new development underway that will include a high-end village, hotel and golf course in the Frank Sound area, it is a great time to invest in what is undoubtedly going to become a fast-growing community. These districts not only boast their own newly built school, but there is also the acclaimed Health City, Shetty Hospital close by. Great opportunities with land for sale at low prices, which will likely increase on completion of the Ironwood golf development.

Cayman Brac & Little Cayman

The tranquil islands of Cayman Brac and Little Cayman each offer their own unique lifestyles. Cayman Brac is situated some 90 miles northeast of Grand Cayman and is well-known for its world-class diving, hiking trails, and fishing. The property prices in Cayman Brac offer great value for money and affordable island living.
